Trayful (App Store adı: Trayful Café), Nostoscomp tarafından sunulan bir tek oyunculu oyundur. Gizlilik ve destek iletişimi: oguzhaanttnn@gmail.com. Bu sayfa web oyununu ve reklam/isteğe bağlı satın alma hizmetleri yapılandırılan iOS sürümünü ayırarak açıklar.
Oyun kaydı
Tamamladığınız masalar, ustalık damgaları, kişisel rekorlar, son masa, dil ve ses tercihi cihazınızdaki yerel kayıtta saklanır. Oyunun bu ilerleme kaydı için bir kullanıcı hesabı veya geliştiriciye ait eşitleme sunucusu yoktur. Başka cihazla otomatik ilerleme eşitlemesi yapılmaz. Uygulamayı kaldırmak veya ilgili tarayıcı/site verisini silmek yerel ilerlemenizi silebilir.
Web sürümü
Web sürümünde native reklam ve mağaza hizmetleri çalışmaz; reklam gösterimi veya uygulama içi satın alma yapılmaz. Web sitesini açmak, sitenin barındırma sağlayıcısına standart HTTP bağlantısı oluşturur; IP adresi ve istek bilgisi siteyi sunmak ve güvenliğini sağlamak için işlenebilir. iOS'ta reklamlar
Reklam hizmeti etkin olan iOS sürümünde AdMob/Google Mobile Ads ve Google User Messaging Platform kullanılır. İki tamamlanan servisten sonra, sonuçtan sonraki masaya geçerken standart tam ekran reklam çıkabilir. Aktif oyun hareketinin ortasında veya yeniden deneme sırasında gösterilmez. Reklam hazır değilse, yüklenmezse veya çevrimdışıysanız beklemeden devam edersiniz. Gösterilen standart reklamın kapatma/atlama seçenekleri reklam arayüzünde bulunur.
Dekor önizlemesi için rewarded video ayrı ve isteğe bağlıdır: sadece önizlemeyi seçtiğinizde istenir. Ödülü seçilen dekorun o uygulama oturumu boyunca önizlemesidir; kalıcı kazanım değildir. Standart geçiş reklamı dekor ödülü vermez. Reklam sıklığı için başarılı servis sayacı yalnız uygulama/WebView oturumunun belleğinde tutulur; oyun ilerleme kaydından ayrıdır.
Reklam SDK'sı IP adresi ve yaklaşık konum, cihaz/uygulama tanımlayıcıları, reklam ve etkileşim bilgileri, çökme ve performans verileri işleyebilir. Bu bilgiler reklam sunumu, ölçüm, güvenlik ve SDK performansı için kullanılabilir. Kişiselleştirilmemiş reklam istemek, bu teknik verilerin hiç işlenmediği anlamına gelmez. Gereken bölgelerde izin mesajı gösterilir; reklam gizlilik seçenekleri gerekli olduğunda uygulamadan yeniden açılabilir. iOS izleme izni gerekiyorsa sistem izni ayrıca uygulanır. İzin durumunda reklam sunulamıyorsa temel oyun ya da kazanılmış dekorlar engellenmez. Uygunsuz reklamı destek adresine bildirebilirsiniz.
iOS'ta isteğe bağlı satın alma
Mağaza hizmeti etkin olan iOS sürümünde tek seferlik Kafe süsleme seti Apple'ın uygulama içi satın alma sistemi üzerinden alınabilir. Set üç dekoru açar ve doğrulanmış satın alma hakkı geçerliyken zorunlu geçiş reklamlarını kaldırır; rewarded önizleme isteğe bağlı kalır. Ödeme ve mağaza işlemleri Apple tarafından yönetilir; banka veya ödeme kartı bilgilerinizi oyunda istemiyoruz. Uygulama Apple StoreKit 2'nin doğrulanmış işlem ve mevcut erişim bilgisiyle dekor erişimini ve geçiş reklamı kaldırma hakkını kontrol eder. Satın alma makbuzunuzu geliştiriciye ait veya başka bir satın alma doğrulama sunucusuna göndermiyoruz; satın alma analitiği servisi kullanmıyoruz. Satın alma geçmişi, yerel oyun ilerlemesinden ayrıdır. “Satın almaları geri yükle” ile aynı Apple hesabına ait uygun satın alım yeniden doğrulanabilir. Yerel ilerlemeyi silmek Apple'ın işlem kayıtlarını veya satın alımınızı silmez. Doğrulanmış iade veya hakkın geri alınması, satın alınmış erişimi kaldırır ve geçiş reklamlarını yeniden uygun hale getirir; oynayarak kazanılmış dekorlar korunur. Aynı dekorlar oynayarak da kazanılır, ancak bu ücretsiz kazanım geçiş reklamı kaldırma hakkı değildir. Satın alma masaları, damgaları veya oynanış gücünü değiştirmez.
Destek, saklama ve tercihler
Bize e-posta gönderirseniz e-posta adresiniz ve kendi gönderdiğiniz içerik destek isteğini yanıtlamak için işlenir. Apple şifrenizi, tam ödeme kartınızı veya gereksiz kişisel bilgileri göndermeyin. Destek yazışmaları isteği çözmek ve gerekli kayıt yükümlülüklerini yerine getirmek için gereken süreyle sınırlı tutulur. Hizmet sağlayıcılar kendi politikalarında belirtilen saklama sürelerini uygular; bu sayfa onların tüm kayıtları için sabit bir silme süresi vaat etmez.
Yerel kayıt cihazda kalır; uygulama/site verisini silerek kaldırabilirsiniz. Reklam tercihleri için uygulamadaki kullanılabilir gizlilik seçeneklerini, iOS izleme tercihleri için sistem ayarlarını kullanabilirsiniz. Bize ulaştırdığınız destek verileri veya hizmet sağlayıcıların işlediği veriler hakkında erişim/silme talebini oguzhaanttnn@gmail.com adresine gönderebilirsiniz. Talebi doğru kayda yönlendirmek için gerekli en az bilgiyi isteyebiliriz; satın alma iadesi Apple'ın iade sürecinden ayrıdır.
Üçüncü taraf hizmetler verileri bulunduğunuz ülkenin dışında da işleyebilir. Çocukların kişisel bilgilerini destek iletisinde göndermeyin. Oyun çocuklara özel bir hesap, sohbet veya kullanıcı içeriği hizmeti sunmaz.
Politika değiştiğinde bu sayfanın tarihini ve metnini güncelleriz. Yeni bir veri kullanımı eklenirse gerekli açıklama ve izinler ayrıca uygulanır.
Trayful Privacy Policy

Trayful (App Store name: Trayful Café) is a single-player game provided by Nostoscomp. Privacy and support contact: oguzhaanttnn@gmail.com. This policy distinguishes the web game from the iOS version when advertising and optional purchase services are configured.
Game saves
Completed tables, mastery stamps, personal records, the last table, language and sound preferences are stored locally on your device. There is no game account or developer-operated progress-sync server. Progress does not automatically sync between devices. Uninstalling the app or clearing the relevant browser/site data may erase local progress.
Web version
Native ad and store services do not run on the web version. It does not serve these ads or make in-app purchases. Opening the website sends standard HTTP requests to its hosting provider, which may process an IP address and request information to deliver and secure the site. The host is Vercel: https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy. We do not transmit your local game records for that purpose.
iOS ads
The iOS version, when its ad service is enabled, uses AdMob/Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging Platform. After every two completed services, a standard full-screen interstitial may appear as you move from the result to the next table. It is not shown during active gameplay or a retry. If an ad is not ready, fails to load or you are offline, you continue without waiting. Standard ad close/skip controls are provided in the ad interface.
Rewarded decoration previews are separate and optional: a video is requested only when you choose a preview. The reward is a selected decoration preview for that app session, not a permanent unlock. Standard transition ads do not grant a decoration reward. The successful-service counter for ad frequency is held only in app/WebView session memory, separately from your saved game progress.
The ad SDK may process an IP address and approximate location, device/app identifiers, advertising and interaction information, and crash/performance data. These may support ad delivery, measurement, security and SDK performance. Requesting non-personalized ads does not mean no technical data is processed. Consent messages appear where required, and required ad privacy options can be reopened in the app. Any necessary iOS tracking permission is handled separately. If your consent status makes ads unavailable, the core game and earned decorations remain available. You can report inappropriate ads to our support address.
Optional iOS purchase
The iOS version, when its store service is enabled, offers a one-time Café Decoration Set through Apple's in-app purchase system. It unlocks three decorations and removes forced transition ads while the verified purchase entitlement is valid; rewarded previews remain optional. Apple handles payment and store transactions; we do not ask for banking or payment-card information in the game. The app checks Apple's StoreKit 2 verified transactions and current entitlements to manage decoration access and transition-ad removal. We do not send purchase receipts to a developer-operated or third-party purchase-verification server, and we do not use a purchase-analytics service. Purchase history is separate from local game progress. “Restore Purchases” can reverify eligible purchases associated with the same Apple account. Clearing local progress does not erase Apple's transaction records or your purchase. A verified refund or revocation removes purchased access and restores transition-ad eligibility; decorations earned through play remain earned. The same decorations can be earned through play, but earning them does not purchase transition-ad removal. The purchase does not change tables, stamps or gameplay power.
Support, retention and choices
If you email us, your email address and the content you choose to send are used to answer your request. Do not send your Apple password, full payment-card details or unnecessary personal information. Support correspondence is kept only as needed to resolve requests and meet applicable record obligations. Service providers apply the retention practices described in their policies; this policy does not promise a fixed deletion period for all of their records.
Local saves remain on the device and can be removed by clearing app/site data. Use the available in-app privacy options for ad preferences and iOS settings for tracking preferences. Contact oguzhaanttnn@gmail.com with access/deletion requests concerning support data or service-provider processing. We may request the minimum information needed to locate the correct record. Purchase refunds follow Apple's refund process separately.
Third-party services may process data outside your country. Do not include children's personal information in support messages. The game provides no child-specific account, chat or user-generated-content service.
We will update this page and its date when the policy changes. New data uses will be disclosed, with additional permissions where required.
